The recruitment of an exceptional operator will be critical to this pub's success. We need an operator with high volume food experience alongside honed social media skills. Storytelling on digital channels will be essential to reach a new audience with your premium offering.

The ideal Management Partner will create a warm and welcoming market town pub with every guest leaving with a memorable experience.

Discover it in the centre of the affluent commuter town of Kelvedon Essex, with many new housing developments underway on the outskirts.

Broadening the guest age range in this demographic would grow the business, potentially elevating Sunday lunch to a special occasion. Market research and using online platforms to widen your audience will help to grow the business significantly.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub its your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance.
