Fire & Security Small Works Manager – Essex – £60,000


You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of small works projects related to fire detection, security systems, and related technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • coordinate, and execute small works projects in the fire detection and security systems domain.
  • project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
  • a team of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors involved in small works projects.
  • guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and capabilities.
  • a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • of fire & Security tenders
  • out fire & Security estimates
  • for invitations to tender, not bd required and all warm leads from existing clients.
  • all deadlines are met
  • with clients & contractors
  • & procurement
  • tender bids
  • as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • effectively with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.
  • and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • with procurement teams to source and procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
