Conexus MedStaff hires quality healthcare professionals looking to achieve their career goals of practicing in the US while supporting the healthcare staffing shortage in America. Reporting to the CIO / IT Director, the Senior Project Manager (Back Office) will be responsible for leading the delivery of HR, Finance and Procurement scalable solutions to meet business requirements.

The role requires the ability to lead colleagues (technology and business) and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope.
The successful candidate should have prior experience of implementing ERP solutions with specific emphasis on Finance, Procurement and HR and Payroll and integrations with other solutions.

Minimum of 5 years project management experience in ERP solutions implementations.
Proven experience of business case development to support project prioritization.
Managing agreed technology solution projects from conception to delivery.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar industry, but more importantly with a background in Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.
Experience with real-time integration to other systems (front and back office).
Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse implementation team.
Management and reporting of project budgets.
Management of 3rd party technology partners to deliver functional development and projects.

Project management qualification (Prince 2 or PMI) – preferred
Knowledge of managing business system project implementations
