Director of Brand

Our mission is to create a future where human activities are symbiotic with nature to secure humanity’s future and we are looking for a visionary and strategic Impact Solutions Director to further this mission and lead our engagement with multinationals and governments by helping them solve the complex sustainability issues they face.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take charge of creating innovative service offerings and building, as well as leading, a team dedicated to driving measurable impact. Define revenue streams and ensure the division achieves its profitability and growth targets, with a focus on scalability and long-term impact.
P&L Management and Financial Oversight:
Take ownership of the P&L, overseeing financial performance, profitability, and cost management.
Set and manage financial KPIs, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the impact solutions division.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.
Solutions Delivery and Project Management:
Oversee the delivery of impact solutions projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and high-impact results.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the division, encouraging team members to excel in delivering regenerative solutions.
Work closely with the CEO, Managing Director, Head of IP, Head of Partnerships, and external legal counsel to ensure that all of Biohm’s IP is well-protected as it evolves over time.
Work with marketing and commercialisation teams to build Biohm’s brand presence, developing case studies, thought leadership content, and industry events to raise awareness of and showcase Biohm' successes.
Continuously evolve Biohm’ offerings based on client feedback, market trends, and technological advancements.
Ensure that all solutions projects deliver measurable sustainability outcomes that align with clients' ESG and SDG goals.
Develop and implement impact measurement frameworks to assess and report the long-term outcomes of Biohm' engagements.
Provide regular updates to the CEO and board on performance, including financial performance, client acquisition, and project outcomes.
A proven track-record of building, delivering, and scaling successful consultancy services is a must-have. Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, set and achieve financial targets, and deliver profitable consultancy projects. You are skilled in defining revenue streams, managing budgets, and ensuring the financial sustainability of a company division.
~ Client Management: Proven track record of building and nurturing high-value partnerships with multinational clients. Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to understand complex client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive long-term engagement. Leadership: Strong leadership experience with a passion for building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
