KJ Talent & Partners is seeking a highly skilled Brand Director to lead the brand business to outperform the market, build and strengthen the brand equity through the best possible consumer experience globally.
About the RoleAs a Brand Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and communication plans to effectively position the brand in the consumer beauty market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch executions and media planning. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Experience in a similar leadership position in the beauty industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of retail and digital marketing, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated innovation and creativity in developing new ideas and strategies to drive brand growth.
