Your passion for success, coupled with your exceptional leadership skills, will be the driving force in achieving outstanding results.* Lead the growth and refinement of the Rental business, maximising profit per vehicle over its lifespan* Manage and support the sales & operations teams while fostering key partnerships within the motor industry and MaaS* Champion the delivery of the group's Giving Back Culture, collaborating with external partners to make an impactPreferred Requirements:* 5+ years of senior level experience in automotive rental and funding* Demonstrable success in scaling up mid to large businesses/divisions* Proven experience in buying, de-fleeting, and selling stock to maximise ROI* Track record of fostering motivational and encouraging leadership to drive team development* Extensive understanding of financial management responsibilities and exceptional customer experience deliveryPreferred Qualifications:* Relevant degree or equivalent industry certification* Additional certifications in financial management or leadership development* Proven success in developing and maintaining external partnerships in B2B environmentsTo be considered, you must have at least five years of experience in this role or similar, in automotive.
