Role Description: Following teammate progression, we are recruiting for an individual to join our established team of 8 Implementation Advisors, based in Chester. The team covers EMEA region onboardings and treasury solution implementation for Global Commercial Banking clients, who have chosen Bank of America for their treasury & cash management products and services.

The Implementation Advisor is responsible for providing a smooth onboarding experience, building trust and effective working relationships with clients whilst meeting the requirements of our Compliance and Operations business partners.

Responsibilities: You will implement treasury products and solutions for clients. You will take ownership of the end-to-end resolution of projects. You will conduct research using various bank systems and liaising with internal business partners to enable thorough and accurate responses to client enquiries. You will respond to enquiries received from clients and Sales partners. You will resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experience.
