Data, Technology and Advisory Services Client Partner for Commercial Solutions, UKI, Pharma & Life Sciences
As a Data, Technology and Advisory Services Client Partner within Commercial Solutions, you will play a critical role by creating high degrees of customer proximity and insight, focusing on a tightly defined set of strategic UKI Headquartered clients.
You will work hand-in-glove with the IQVIA teams leading on project delivery, our product/solution sales leads, and our global client Account Teams. Your contribution will be centred on knowledge of your clients' broad data and technology-related strategies, understanding their needs for support but also ensuring contributing to high degrees of client satisfaction.
This position is designed to perform sales enablement and business development activities, with accountability for commercial success measured mainly as net new TCV generated of the data, technology and advisory services portfolio.
Your scope will include some data products, compliance offerings, artificial intelligence initiatives, sales force effectiveness, as well as system integration and implementation services.
Owns the Data, Technology and Advisory Services strategy; develops, drives, and orchestrates sales enablement and business development activities
Proactively shares client insights and intelligence with the broad IQVIA Commercial Solutions and the global Account Team, to bring the right IQVIA solution to the client in the most effective way
Identifies, develops, and elevates business opportunities and potential growth areas for our Commercial Solutions business
accountable for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value
Remains up to date with current trends in technology services and provides direction to anticipate and identify business challenges and issues
Uses personal technical skills and capabilities to engage clients (at all levels of seniority) and provide objective advice and expertise and help organizations develop or implement technical strategies to optimize performance

Has a passion for the sales profession, for prospecting and for finding new solutions to new clients
~ Established network across UKI Life Sciences HQs
~ 10+ years of experience of working in a Sales, Consulting, Business development or similar position within the pharmaceutical, health, life science
~10+ years of experience in Data, Technology and Advisory Services industry
~ A proven track record of proactivity and opportunity identification that has improved business performance
~ Interest and expertise in the pharma business model, life-sciences commercial strategy and operations, hands-on experience within a Tech or Consulting company or from relevant consulting role
~ Excellent customer service skills, listens intently to customer needs and can create connections that shape new opportunities
~ Autonomous and confident in creating client-ready materials, using standard set of MS Office suite
~ Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field
