We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Contracts Lawyer to join their team in Birmingham.
Working closely with the Associate General Counsel, Contracts Counsel, and Senior Contracts Lawyers, you’ll help ensure the firm’s contractual arrangements are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with best practice.

The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with strong academic credentials and relevant experience gained in a risk-focused environment, either in private practice or in-house.

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating client engagement terms, service agreements, and commercial contracts
Advising on legal and commercial risks to ensure the firm’s best interests are protected
Providing support on ad hoc legal and compliance projects as required
