Once you have received your training, your core responsibilities will be:

Identify, research and proactively reach out to potential clients, engaging in consultative and commercial conversations to understand their needs and challenges
Setting up and supporting calls for the business development team to drive the sales process and acquire new customers
Attending assessment centres across the UK to help our clients find the best-fit talent
Networking with sales leaders and CEOs at exhibitions and conferences to generate interest

No previous sales experience is required, we provide the training
