Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and lead business development in the UK market. Our company provides a comprehensive platform for EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, offering cloud-based solutions to help organizations streamline compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance sustainability. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by helping businesses meet their EHS and ESG goals using innovative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, energy, pharmaceuticals, and retail, where EHS and ESG compliance is critical.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand market share, focusing on our comprehensive cloud-based software solutions for EHS management, ESG tracking, and risk management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how our software helps businesses manage safety, sustainability, compliance, and operational risks efficiently.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and implementation, to align our solutions with the unique needs of each client.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and ESG developments to ensure that our solutions remain competitive and relevant to client needs.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences, leveraging networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B software sales, with a focus on EHS, ESG, compliance, or risk management solutions.
- Strong understanding of EHS regulations, sustainability reporting, and ESG frameworks, with the ability to communicate the value of digital transformation in these areas.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working with C-suite and senior decision-makers in large enterprises.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently while managing a complex sales pipeline.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
