As the VP, Sales - EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy across the region. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the MarTech/CDP industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Establish clear performance metrics and goals, regularly assessing and optimizing the team's performance.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize sales processes.
Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to the executive leadership team.
Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure alignment between sales targets and resource allocation.

Proven experience as a successful sales leader in the MarTech industry, with a focus on EMEA markets.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
