International Sports Consulting (ISC) is an elite sports management company that manages athletes and players across multiple sports and continents. Our commercial team negotiates partnerships for athletes, rights holders, and governing bodies. Our reach goes beyond the commercial world - our charity, DFY , empowers disadvantaged children by leveraging our athletes, coaches and mentors to impact over 1500 children in person every week.

ISC operates with an understanding that true success comes from a clear alignment between values, work ethic, and ambition.

We’re looking for someone with an insatiable appetite for closing deals and continuously growing revenue streams for our clients and ISC.

Specific to ISC, the core remit of the Commercial / Sponsorship Director role is:

  • Actively land sponsorships, secure top tier partnerships, and pitch fresh leads every day
  • Sign high level clients, athletes, brands, & rights holders; and unlock new business opportunities for ISC
  • Play a key role in growing Athletes By Design , our innovative apparel start-up.
  • Drive crossover partnerships that amplify the reach and impact of DFY , our charity arm
