Responsibilities: Assist and advise customers with the recycling and disposal of waste materials at designated sites. Ensure proper separation of waste streams to facilitate recycling efforts. Maintain clean loads of recyclates and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing queries and complaints. Support the achievement of targeted recycling rates and maintain positive customer : Previous experience in the waste industry or similar manual working environments. Demonstrated experience working with customers face-to-face and as part of a team. Familiarity with working in environments where Health and Safety is a key concern.Knowledge: Understanding of Health and Safety directives and Safe Systems of Work.Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
