Job Responsibilities:
Working towards and achieving sales targets, occupancy targets and Working with the leadership team in regards to setting sales goals
Creating a positive store floor atmosphere
Working within a team environment and offering support
Ensuring exceptional customer service
Handling customer inquiries or complaints
Maintaining a welcoming store environment
Providing individual customer specific solutions
The Person:
An enthusiastic and confident individual
Working towards KPIs
Experience of converting sales
Telesales experience (Not just face-to-face experience)
Passionate for service
Flexible (shift wise)
Driver (preferred)
The Benefits:
~250.00 guaranteed bonus in the first 3 months
~500.00 signing on fee after successful probationary period
~25 holiday days + bank holidays
