* Lead and manage a team of lettings staff and oversee sales, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

* Previous experience in a similar role within the UK estate agency industry.
* Strong understanding of lettings regulations and legal requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Relevant qualifications such as ARLA Propertymark membership or equivalent is desirable, however training will be provided if not.
