As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will run food and beverage service ensuring guests are welcomed and cared for, from the minute they arrive in the restaurant, café and the private function suites, to the time they leave. You must have the personality and confidence to work alone, as well as the ability to be a team player and motivate the team to deliver success in the restaurant and private functions areas.

Duties of the Food & Beverage Supervisor include:

* Ensuring the restaurant is prepared for service.

* Meeting and greeting guests.

* Coaching employees to develop their skills and ensure service standards are met.

* Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages and wines.

* Resolving any service issues.

* Ensuring the restaurant is reset at the end of the shift ready for the next service.

* Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before closing.

Requirements of the Food & Beverage Supervisor include:

* Varying shifts daytimes and evenings, 40 hrs, 5 days per week.

* Food and beverage service experience ideally within a busy restaurant environment.

* Wine knowledge would also be desirable.

* You must be a methodical, tidy, and organised worker to ensure service runs smoothly.

Salary for the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor is given as £26,000 / per annum (£24,000 / per annum plus a £2,000 / per annum guaranteed service charge paid quarterly). An end of financial year serviced charge bonus paid also and other company benefits. This is a Live out role and you will require TRANSPORT due to location and early shifts.
