Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at C&E Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and Banqueting Manager in the daily operation of our restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager and Banqueting Manager in the planning and execution of private events, weddings, conferences, and daily operations.
  • Assist with the management of food and beverage departments, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality hotel or restaurant, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in food and beverage service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
  • Smart appearance, warm personality, and good communication skills.
