We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relief Chef Manager to oversee catering operations at various secondary schools in West London. This role is ideal for a versatile chef who thrives in diverse settings and is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catering Management : Oversee and manage catering services at multiple secondary school sites.
  • Staff Supervision : Lead, train, and motivate catering teams across different schools.
  • Stock Management : Ensure efficient stock control and ordering processes.
  • Strong Management skills
  • P&L accounts: Good understanding of hitting budget
  • Health & Safety : Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Event Catering : Provide catering for school events, including parents evenings and training days.

Requirements

  • Experience : Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role, preferably in an educational setting and have experience working in different sites
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work across various locations in West London and London
  • Transport : Own reliable transport is essential.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge : Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Passion : A genuine passion for food and delivering excellent service.
