Our client is a well known National MEP Subcontractor, part of a larger Main Contracting business. They are delivering a £130 million MEP project in the Reading area. As such, they are looking to source a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to co co-ordinate all Electrical engineering functions and achieve a successful outcome technically, commercially to the clients’ requirements on the project.

Please note, due the location and sensitive nature of this project, it is a requirement that successful applicants hold UK Citizenship and a valid UK passport with full work rights for here in the UK, coupled with being eligible to obtain SC level Security Clearance.

Support the senior project team in the overall implementation of the engineering strategy and framework for the designated project
Engage with the Subcontractors at all stages from ITT to Final commissioning and Handover.
Ensure that Subcontract packages are delivered to programme, budget, safety and quality expectations/standards.
RFIs, CE’s, EWN’s, WPPs, ITPs, Record Drawings and other project communications/deliverables.
Bachelor’s Degree, HNC or ONC in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
A suitable master’s degree may be advantageous.
Previous project engineering experience is recommended.
Several years of experience working in the engineering field.
A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime if required.
