Identify commercial opportunities i.e. sponsorship, partner promotions and create compelling opportunities for the company website, apps and social platforms.
Ensure the website can incorporate and on-board new products and features to optimise the customer experience.
Support Marketing Customer Activation Manager to implement a content strategy for the website and apps and social media platforms.
Conduct monthly analytics reporting of the performance of website, apps and social media platforms.
Provide a reporting pack on relevant revenues (financial, analytics, supplier performance).
Work closely with Marketing to ensure that the company brand remains protected, and that any product related marketing is updated and implemented via our digital platforms.
Ability to demonstrate effective relationship building with new revenue-generating partners to creatively optimise commercial opportunities.
Excellent communication skills to create relationships with 3rd party suppliers, commercial partners and internal departments.
