United Kingdom Executive Network Group Full time

Executive Network Group are working exclusively in partnership with a B2C financial services business to help appoint a Head of Commercial.


The role will be responsible for identifying, securing and cultivating sound commercial strategic partnerships to drive business and revenue growth.


Some responsibilities will include:


  • Managing a small team
  • Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand commercial requirements
  • Manage large scale, end to end high value tender process
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and and financial performance metrics
  • Strategically optimise pricing, contracts and overall profitability
  • Produce intelligent MI reports to enable key strategic decision making
  • Drive innovation and process improvement
  • Report on market trends, commercial performance and business development activities


The ideal candidate:


  • Experience of leading commercial negotiations and managing partnerships
  • B2C experience in a regulated industry
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills
  • Experience of people management
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
