Job Description We are seeking a Planning Analyst to join our Group Technology Strategy team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our Enterprise Technology Strategy. This is a dynamic, hands-on position focused on planning, coordination, and the creation of integrated plans that bring technology-enabled initiatives to life. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to influence the future of technology at Legal & General—driving simplicity, connectivity, and sustainable growth across the organisation. What you’ll be doing: Developing and maintaining the integrated technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Co-leading and coordinating Big Room Planning sessions to drive engagement, collaboration, and cross-functional participation Documenting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to monitor progress against the Technology Strategy and roadmap Coordinating and supporting critical meetings while owning plans, resources, risks, issues, and action logs—including oversight of the Technology Solution Alignment sub-committee Capturing and following up on actions from key meetings and workshops to ensure timely execution and accountability Maintaining dashboards, reports, and documentation to provide clear visibility of progress and outcomes Preparing high-quality presentations, communications, and engagement materials to support stakeholder alignment and strategic initiatives Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Strong hands-on integrated planning and management skills, involving dependency, sequencing, risk an issue management Strong co-ordination and organisational skills with a real attention to detail Solid experience with Jira and Jiara Align Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving Interest in technology, innovation and AI Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
