**Role**

As Financial Planning & Analyst Accountant, you will help to bridge the gap between the financials and the business. You'll need to build a picture around the revenues and forecasts, for various departments, and use this to help build a new budget for thebusiness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with various business heads to provide insights on the revenues of the Asset Management teams within the business and present to the board
- The budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
- Analyse the performance of actual against budget / forecast and monitoring KPIs, KRIs and lead indicators.
- Support decision making by providing timely and meaningful insights on business performance.
- Assist in the development of automated dashboard reporting and the development of business intelligence tools.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis on AUM, fundraise and liquidity.
- Budgeting for compensation and analysing potential scenarios
- Involvement in development of forecast analytics using Workday and Adaptive Insights
- Driving to streamline the budgeting and reporting process of the function
- Other ad hoc analysis on demand

**Profile**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work autonomously
- Previous experience calculating commissions and bonuses for a business
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Workday / Adaptive Insights desirable
- Excellent excel skills with modelling experience
