Your ability to work within a cross-functional team, engage with clients and build strong relationships while being remote are traits which come naturally to you. We are growing our Project Management team to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding client base. We are looking for a highly motivated Project Operations Administrator to assist Head of Programmes to lead on implementation and development projects of LemonEdge platform across the range of our global client group. The Project Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the operational aspects of internal projects, ensuring smooth interfacing between core SaaS products, managing internal systems, and contributing to Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) efforts. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can grow within the role and gradually move to taking full ownership of project delivery.

Understand the primary interfaces between core SaaS products such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Time Sheet Portal, and Microsoft products.
Help to integrate the data flow between these platforms to support project management, time tracking, and reporting activities.
Help to support the internal timesheet system (Time Sheet Portal) .
Contribute to the development and delivery of MI and BI reports, providing insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Collate, analyse, and present data from various source (ensuring accuracy) for specified business requests.

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) Graduate. Microsoft Office suite of products (good working knowledge across all tools)
MS Excel (high level of competence)
Excel VBA - ideal but not mandatory
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) – ideal but not mandatory
A 4GL programming language (C#, Java, Python) – ideal but not mandatory
Database design – ideal but not mandatory
