Legal and General’s Group Digital Workplace team are looking to hire a Product Owner to take accountability for the Employee Collaboration Product. The product is made up of a variety of capabilities delivered as part of the Digital Workplace Team which provides our colleagues with the best possible tools to facilitate their work through increased transparency, communication, and access.
This role would see you create the vision and goals to ensure the success of the product, taking ownership over the prioritisation of the workload, requirement gathering from stakeholders to understand user needs, evaluating the performance of current tools, and identifying and implementing tools where necessary, while gaining buy in from the business through showcasing progress made.
Taking responsibility for communicating the product vision, roadmap and goal in a way that is consumable by stakeholders and development teams
Defining and refining requirements of the Product to ensure continual operational excellence for the Product, including ensuring the requirements are clear and deliverable by the development team, owning and managing budget, prioritising based on value and progress against the roadmap, and the ongoing evolution and improvement of the Product to achieve continued operational excellence.
This includes representing the needs and interests of the users of the Product through feedback analysis, identification of user problems and preferences and validation of the product.
Working closely with the development team, leading, coaching, and providing guidance across the team where applicable, to foster a collaborative environment to enhance productivity and achievement of goals.
Product Ownership, (Scrum or Safe would be desirable) experience
A technical awareness of Employee Productivity and Collaboration technologies, including but not limited to the Office 365 suite of applications, services, and platforms.
An understanding of the variety of Agile Frameworks, that can be used and adapted to assist delivery
