Developing and delivering a global marketing and communications plan
Managing and developing our brand, to truly represent our values and culture to internal and external stakeholders
Managing, supporting and inspiring a team of four to deliver an outstanding, results-focused marketing and communications strategy
Managing the marketing budget including the production of an annual budgeted marketing plan
Managing marketing requests from around the organisation and proactively seeking opportunities to further support and improve collateral.
Managing the relationship with our PR agency, coordinating press releases, insight pieces, commentary and industry research
Managing Diversity Travel & Diversity Study Trips global websites and using website analytics to further improve the sites
Steering growth of brands via performance marketing across all channels
Overseeing social media platforms and email marketing using our CRM system
Regularly researching, analysing and monitoring trends within the business travel and the sectors our clients operate in
Significant experience working in a mixed marketing role within B2B and B2C environments
Proven experience of managing a high performing marketing team
Experience using social media platforms for online analysis and marketing
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as internet research skills
Experience within business travel or any of our core sectors desirable

Our hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8.Our office is based in Manchester City Centre, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days office and 2 days working from home.
