Maintaining accurate records, such as sales reports, inventory, and employee records
Overall, the General Manager is responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, meets its financial goals, and provides an enjoyable and satisfying experience for customers.
8+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a management role
~ Knowledge of food and beverage operations and financial management
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
~ New restaurant opening experience would be an asset
~ Relocation opportunities are available
~ Post secondary degree or diploma with a focus in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
