The Role: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of this exceptional establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, ensuring adherence to brand standards and delivering an unparalleled guest experience.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to departmental managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Implement effective operational strategies to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining cost efficiency and achieving budgeted targets.
  • Proactively monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly and effectively, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local businesses.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, ideally within a luxury hotel setting.
  • A strong understanding of hotel operations, including food and beverage, banqueting, accommodation, and guest services.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
