As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for converting client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone. You will use all data to maximise sales, provide the client with the best possible advice, and ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required. You will give feedback/ideas on how processes can be improved/made more efficient, act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times, deal with any client queries as required, ensure computer records are kept up to date, and undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job.
