For game developers, we are an end-to-end avatar system that saves development time and helps them monetize better. Our avatar tools are used by 9000+ games, apps, and leading brands.

Come join us on this exciting journey and play a key role in shaping the future of how we represent ourselves in games and virtual worlds, while breaking down those virtual walls We are seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing Lead to join Ready Player Me You will be responsible for spreading the word about our new avatar project, crafting compelling stories and campaigns that grab attention and excite our audience. Your efforts will be crucial in attracting new users, engaging our existing community, and establishing a strong presence in the Web3 and gaming industries. 
You have a keen understanding of our community's needs and desires, and you excel in communicating effectively with them. Additionally, your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to adapt to changes quickly and smoothly, ensuring our marketing strategies remain on the cutting edge
Planning and executing a clear marketing strategy focused on growth and community engagement.
Creating engaging and relevant content for social media and other communication channels.
Collaborating with external agencies on social media marketing and community building.
Managing and energizing our social media accounts to ensure they are active and growing.
Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, experimenting with new strategies, and making adjustments as needed.
Developing relationships with influencers, content creators, and other key stakeholders to expand project visibility.
Ensuring timely and effective responses to community questions and feedback, maintaining strong communication and support.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with some background in gaming and Web3.
~ A good understanding of how to build and grow a community from the ground up.
~ Solid skills in creating content and managing social media platforms.
~ The ability to tell our project’s story in a way that is clear, engaging, and captures interest.
~ Know-how in using data to assess what's working and what isn't, and the creativity to discover new ways to achieve our goals.
