About the role

We’re growing across the globe and expanding our talented marketing team in the UK. We’re looking for a results-focused Lead Marketing Specialist to expand and accelerate our UK demand generation strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic and energetic individual, highly skilled in marketing program development, execution and measurement, who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and execute UK marketing programs to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth for our leading industry solutions.
  • Create and optimise innovative 1-to-Many Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs leveraging a mix of Paid Media, Social Media, Webinars, Events and other initiatives, with compelling messaging that resonates with target segments and personas
  • Create, develop and implement 1-Few ABM campaigns on specific sub-verticals and with specific purposes (e.g. Pipeline acceleration) in alignment with Sales leadership priorities.
  • Measure and monitor ABM digital journeys to optimise conversion into opportunities and revenues
  • Lead SaaS migration marketing campaigns to existing customers with tailored targeting and messaging
  • Develop customer marketing programs including customer references, cross/up sell initiatives, events, product launches and more
  • Develop and execute event strategy aligned with ABM programs
  • Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Marketing teams (Product, Digital, Content/ABM) to create content to attract and engage buyers through the funnel
  • Track and analyse program effectiveness to determine ROI and positive contribution to pipeline and revenues. Review, measure, refine and optimize quarterly marketing programs to achieve growth targets and align with marketing budgets
  • Build collaborative relationships with the global marketing, ADR and sales teams and manage external vendor relationships
  • Stay well-informed on marketing trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into the strategy for optimizing the company’s marketing investment

Role skills and experience:

  • 5-7 years experience of ABM programs for a hyper growth SaaS/Tech B2B, ERP/Software organisation, with accountability for achieving lead acquisition goals and building critical pipeline
  • Proven success generating demand through both digital channels (email, paid and organic search, display media, social, online events and distributed content marketing) and offline channels (events, tradeshows)
  • Experience creating campaigns and nurture programs, with powerful messaging that leads prospects through the funnel to conversion
  • Collaborative mindset able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various perspectives to build an impactful plan and yield results
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Solid analytical skills, problem solver, results oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-starter, energetic, motivated individual
  • Commitment to teamwork and experience of working within an international matrix management environment
  • Proficient in leading Marketing technology stacks including marketing automation (Marketo), PowerBI, and SalesForce CRM
  • Degree or equivalent level qualification in marketing or business
