Interpret customer requirements and provide effective solutions, generating B2B sales orders.
Work as part of a business-to-business sales team to build new business relationships.
Prospect for potential new business, contacting leads and lapsed accounts.
Achieve targets and KPIs while delivering top-notch customer service.
Enhance technical product knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers.
Support external Business Development Managers to broaden the customer base.
Contribute to monthly sales reports to evaluate area performance and identify growth opportunities.
A proven track record in account management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Excellent communication and customer care skills.
Experience in business-to-business customer service.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge or understanding of print processes is desirable (training provided).
On-site parking and a convenient location in Smethwick.
