As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll lead Provenir’s growth, with a strong focus on the payments sector. Your role will center on leveraging your existing network of clients and industry contacts to drive new business and retain existing customers, while managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.

This role is based in UK, with flexibility for remote work. You should be comfortable working with clients across EMEA region markets and have a deep understanding of the regional payments landscape.

Leverage your existing network to accelerate pipeline development and open doors with decision-makers in financial services and fintech.
Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams—including pre-sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and marketing—to execute a seamless sales process.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Represent Provenir at industry conferences, partner events, and fintech forums to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Partner with strategic resellers, system integrators, and channel partners to identify joint sales opportunities.
Provide insights on customer trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to inform regional strategy.

7+ years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, payments, or financial services—preferably selling SaaS, decisioning, or analytics solutions.
~ Proven success selling to payment providers, digital wallets, aggregators, banks, and alternative lenders in EMEA Region markets.
~ Strong, established network of C level decision-makers across the EMEA Region financial services ecosystem.
~ Strategic thinker, balancing short and longer term more strategic planning and execution
~ Skilled in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation.
~ Comfortable working across geographies and time zones, with experience in a remote or distributed team setting.
~ Proficient in using CRM systems to manage pipeline and track performance.
~ Fluent in English.
~ Willingness to travel occasionally across EMEA for client meetings and events.
