Role Overview:

The successful candidate will manage cases from intake through to trial, with a particular emphasis on impaired driving cases. The role may require travel across the province.

Qualifications & Skills:
  1. License to Practice Law Ontario (required)
  2. Must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (required)
  3. Three to five years of experience in criminal law (required)
  4. Previous experience in criminal law (asset)
  5. Experience with impaired driving cases (asset)
  6. Strong advocacy and courtroom skills
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
