We are seeking an experienced Criminal Law Specialist to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level and work on a variety of cases, including court advocacy and case preparation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Prosecution Advocate to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide expert advice and representation in court.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate in court on behalf of our clients
  • Prepare and review cases to ensure the best possible outcome
  • Work closely with our team to provide expert advice and support
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of criminal law and procedure

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A practising certificate in England and Wales
  • More than 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to make solid and well-reasoned decisions
