Criminal Defense Attorney

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As an Associate Lawyer, you will provide legal counsel and guidance to clients, conduct legal research and analysis, and draft legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex legal issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve client goals

Requirements:

• Hold a license to practice law in Ontario and be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Have two to five years of experience in criminal law, with experience in impaired driving cases being an asset
• Strong advocacy and courtroom skills, with a thorough understanding and expertise in criminal defense matters
