We are looking for an outgoing and proactive Sales Support Representative to join our sales team. generating new enquiries through outbound calls, following up on quotes, and addressing general sales inquiries. In addition to these primary tasks, the Sales Support Representative will also
with sales administration duties, managing inboxes, and ensuring enquiries are properly qualified and loaded into our CRM and system.
Respond promptly and professionally to general sales enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
in sales administration tasks including managing inboxes and organizing sales documentation
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the achievement of targets and goals
and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
experience in a sales support or customer service role is highly desirable
