We design and manufacture laminate washroom products for the construction and fitout markets from our HQ in lovely rural Norfolk, just outside Norwich.
Join us in our mission to elevate our business to new heights under the guidance of our Sales Director. As we focus on growth, we seek to bolster our sales efforts, starting with lead generation. The successful candidate will have the ambition and potential to advance within our company, evolving into a fully-fledged business development/sales role with responsibility for key accounts.
Utilising platforms like LinkedIn, Barbour ABI, Google and our company database, you'll source leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers. Your success will be measured by securing face-to-face appointments for the BDM and generating quote opportunities for our Sales Team. All interactions will be meticulously documented in our CRM system.
As secondary role we will require support with sales admin, ranging from managing inboxs to following up customers for project information, to logging quote enquiries within the CRM.
As you grow in the role, opportunities will arise for customer-facing responsibilities and managing your own accounts.
A creative thinker willing to explore new avenues for outreach.
Comfortable with performance metrics focused on meaningful connections via phone.
