Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and evolution of our cloud-based products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the company's growth and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that leverage the power of cloud technology. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to lead product initiatives in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals and market opportunities in the cloud software industry.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  3. Product Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer requirements, market trends, and business priorities.
  4. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.
  5. Product Development: Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  6. User Experience (UX) Design: Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and adoption of cloud software products.
  7. Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotional activities, to drive product awareness and adoption.
  8. Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of cloud software products, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  9. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on product status, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the cloud software industry.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development practices and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization is a plus.
