Salary: c£100,000 plus package and bonus
Region: London Privately owned developer based in London urgently require a Senior Land Manager to join their acquisitions and development team.
This developer has been established over 15 years and has excellent pedigree in quality London developments in attractive apartment blocks and mixed use schemes.
They need a Senior Land Manager who is able to lead a small team of more junior land personnel and support in addition to having a successful track record of acquiring London sites unconditionally in addition to consented, stp and other type agreements. Acquisitions will vary in size from 70 units – 200 in carious attractive locations in the outer zones.
The successful Senior Land Manager will either currently be with a named developer/ consultancy or investment firm and have track record of identifying sites through their large network of contacts built and site identification methods, London experience is as said essential.
In return you will receive a generous salary and bonus package, have progressive opportunities available in addition to significantly improving your bonus.
