Business Development Manager - West Midlands
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager - West Midlands to join a forward-thinking UK distributor specialising in insulation and drylining products. This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll take ownership of developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships across the region.
As Business Development Manager - West Midlands , you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities within the commercial, residential, modular, and technical markets. You'll work closely with contractors and developers to promote a broad portfolio of products, ensuring a service-led, consultative approach that delivers real value to your customers. To be considered for the Business Development Manager - West Midlands role, you will ideally have:
* Proven sales experience within the construction industry, or experience selling into contractors.
* Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of insulation and drylining products.
* A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.

30% OTE bonus
