About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LGV Instructor to train the next generation of
professional drivers. In this role, you’ll ensure the safety and compliance of our drivers by
delivering World Class training. As the go-to person for training, you’ll play a vital role in inspiring
and motivating our drivers.
The role involves 10 hour shifts over a 4 day week. Occasional pre-planned night and weekend
work may be required to support the operation.

About You:
Minimum Requirements:
● Full Clean Driving Licence
● Minimum 3 years LGV Class 1 experience
● Registered on the National Register of Instructors (NRI) or National Vocational Driving
Instructor Register
● Up-to-date Driver CPC
● Experience in on-road driving assessments and delivering classroom presentations
● Ability to develop driver behaviour and attitude
● Knowledge of the Highway Code, traffic regulations, and current LGV technology
● Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and manage classroom and in-car training
