As a leader of a large team responsible for the delivery of high-quality estate and facilities operations, this role includes managing logistics to supporting day-to-day school operations and events. There will be planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, plant and equipment across the site.

Every day is different, and the successful candidate will be highly motivated with strong organisational and time management skills and an excellent knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations and their application in the workplace. They will be a able to lead and motivate a diverse team to complete tasks to the highest level.

This role is supported in the day-to-day running of the school by the caretaking, maintenance, facilities, grounds, housekeeping and administration teams.
