An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Reading office, for a Legal and Commercial Manager to join the team. Stand-alone role based at HQ, within the Operations function.
Commercial contracts
- Contract negotiation
- Reporting to and briefing senior members of the business on legal issues.
Reviewing client agreements, identifying risk and then carrying out subsequent contractual negotiations
Advising on and auditing the company’s compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements affecting the recruitment sector
Drafting and implementing new internal policies
Establishing a risk register in respect of the key legal risks faced by the business and advising on ways in which to mitigate those risks.
Managing the company’s data protection policy, and ensuring procedures are up to date and fit for purpose
Applications for this position will be regularly reviewed and interviews will be held as soon as possible.
