Joining as their Technical Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the food safety culture across the factory. As a leader of the Technical, Quality & Hygiene team, you’ll proactively manage relationships with customer technical counterparts. Your confidence and ability will extend to assisting on customer audits and visits, working closely with the Operations team to ensure quality systems and procedures are followed across the site.

You will help a site and business that is undergoing a change programme, and you will take the technical lead in this for a manufacturing process that will get your technical brain ticking.
You will need to have a background in technical/quality management with a busy/complex food manufacturing process and have an understanding of what it means to supply the major retailers.
