Main Responsibilities:
As a key member of the 2 Sisters Food Group team, you will be responsible for carrying out all PPM tasks as required by the 52-week plan. This will involve ensuring that all assets are fit for purpose and in a safe state to produce product.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be set for the Thetford site, and you will work to achieve these targets. Your role will also involve documenting all engineering work carried out on the CMMs system, including details of work carried out and parts used on every job.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering parts used are booked out of the stores when used. Your goal will be to improve machine reliability on critical assets, and you will possess mechanical and electrical engineering skills to NVQ Level 3 Mechanical and Level 2 Electrical.

With 5 years' experience in a food manufacturing facility in an engineering function, you will have good engineering skills and understanding of engineering practices. Knowledge of coating equipment is also essential, as is basic PC and Office skills in Excel and Word.
