Woodlands provides specialist Level 2 Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioural services for adults in York.

We support patients with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke and spinal cord injury. We're flexible, so you'll work a total 30 hours per week, on a rota basis.

If you have a background working as a band 6 Registered Nurse, or previous experience as a band 5 in a neurological setting.
Experience of of managing a caseload of complex patients, utilising advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose and implement appropriate nursing support plans. Knowledge of development, clinical training and supervision of support workers.
Also, demonstrate an ability to lead the team on shift and flexibly support colleagues and to help support the Head of Nursing in delivering the organisations processes.
