About the Role:We are seeking experienced Nurses to look after children with complex needs in the community. This position is ideal for someone who is an enthusiastic nurse, enjoys providing excellent and reliable care, and making a significant impact in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to the established client care plan.
- Assist with assigned personal care tasks.
- Provide health education.
- Understand and follow safety and infection control policies and practices.
- Demonstrate good case management and appropriate nursing care.
- Take initiative to assist the client, to go above and beyond in the care provided.
