You will play a crucial role in managing partnerships and collaborations between our clients YouTube creators and brand clients. Leveraging your expertise in influencer marketing, talent management, and brand partnerships, you will drive the growth and success of their talent roster by identifying strategic opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and delivering exceptional value to both creators and brands.

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of YouTube creators, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
• Understand each creator's unique brand identity, audience demographics, and content strengths, and develop tailored partnership strategies to maximize their opportunities for brand collaborations and monetization.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to creators on content development, brand integration, and audience engagement strategies to enhance their value proposition to brand clients.
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, and advertisers that align with the interests, values, and target audience of our YouTube creators.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, including sponsorship deals, branded content campaigns, product integrations, and licensing opportunities, ensuring alignment with creator and brand objectives.

Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships, preferably in a talent agency or digital media environment.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, creator community dynamics, and best practices in content creation, audience development, and monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with creators, brands, and internal teams.
